Q. What is your return policy?
A. We allow returns of all items within 14 days of your order date. For more information here is our refund policy
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We try our best to make delivery as fast as possible. Your package will arrive 2-5 days from your order date.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Brantley currently allows payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Venmo, Google pay and more
Q. Why was my card declined?
A. Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.
Q. Do you restock items that go out of stock?
A. No, most of our products are only in stock until sold out. We will consistently come out with new collections and products, so sit tight.
Q. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
A. Yes, we do.
